s 49 Fees, charges, etc., collected by authorised officer to be paid to Agency

49. All fees, charges and other moneys recovered or collected by the Director‑General or any other authorised officer under this Act (including sums collected for the composition of offences under section 53) must be paid to the Agency.[36
