s 52 Penalty for offences not otherwise provided for
52. Any person who contravenes any provision of this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —(a)
in a case where the contravention is of such a nature as to endanger or is likely to endanger human life — to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both; or
(b)
in any other case — to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.[39
