s 2 Interpretation

2. In this Act, unless it is otherwise provided or the context otherwise requires —“Head of State” means the President of Singapore; “Legislature” or “Legislature of Singapore” means the President and the Parliament of Singapore; “Singapore” means the Republic of Singapore.
