s 10B Heavy vehicle not to be registered without valid vehicle parking certificate
10B. —(1) No heavy vehicle may be registered under this Act unless the person applying for the registration of the heavy vehicle satisfies the Registrar that the person has been issued by the relevant authority under the Parking Places Act 1974 with a vehicle parking certificate or any other document in respect of the parking of the heavy vehicle for the period for which the heavy vehicle is to be licensed. (2) In this section and sections 19(3)( f ) and 34(1)( r ), “heavy vehicle” has the meaning given by the Parking Places Act 1974.
