s 49 Exemption
49. Any person who is a member of the Singapore Armed Forces or the Singapore Civil Defence Force and is in possession of a certificate or document issued to him or her by the competent authority of the Singapore Armed Forces or the Singapore Civil Defence Force to drive a motor vehicle of a class or description specified in the certificate or document may drive a vehicle of the class or description specified in the certificate or document, the vehicle being owned or leased by the Singapore Armed Forces or the Singapore Civil Defence Force, even though he or she has not been granted a driving licence under this Part.
