Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act 1960 s 2

s 2 Interpretation

2. In this Act —“road” means any public road or any other road, to which the public has access, and includes bridges over which a road passes; “road vehicle” means any vehicle designed or adapted for use on roads; “scheduled offence” means any offence specified in the Schedule.
