s 8 Impersonation of statistical officer

8.—(1) A person who impersonates a statistical officer shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months. (2) In this section, “statistical officer” means —(a) an officer of the Department of Statistics; or (b) an officer of a research and statistics unit.
