s 4 Constitution of Corporation
4.—(1) The Corporation consists of the following members, all of whom are to be appointed by the Minister:(a) a Chairperson; (b) a Deputy Chairperson who must be an officer from the Ministry of Home Affairs; (c) the Commissioner of Prisons or his or her representative; and (d) at least 2 and not more than 12 other members.[23/87; 1/2014] (2) All members, unless the Minister otherwise directs, hold office for a period of 3 years from the date of their respective appointments and are eligible for re‑appointment. (3) The Minister may appoint a person to be a temporary member during the absence, or incapacity owing to illness or otherwise, of any other member. (4) The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of a member without giving any reason. (5) The Minister may, at any time, accept the resignation of a member.
