s 63 General penalties
63. Unless a penalty has otherwise been expressly provided, any person who —(a) contravenes any of the provisions of this Act; or (b) fails to comply with any condition subject to which any clearance certificate is issued or approval is granted by the Board under section 33, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
