s 16 Offences concerning labelling
16.—(1) A person must not sell any food that is packaged or labelled in a manner that does not comply with all applicable requirements of this Act relating to identification and labelling of that food.[48/2017]
(2) In a prosecution for an offence under section 20 for contravening subsection (1), it is not necessary for the prosecution to prove that the accused intended to commit the offence. [48/2017]
