s 27 Sale by agent or employee
27. For the purposes of this Act —(a)
every person is deemed to sell any food or food contact article who sells the food or food contact article either on the person’s own account or as the agent or employee of any other person; and
(b)
in the case of any sale by an agent or employee, the agent’s or employee’s principal or employer shall be under the same liability as if the principal or employer had effected the sale personally.[48/2017]
