52.—(1) The content of any document prepared, issued or served under or for the purposes of this Act is, until the contrary is proved, presumed to be correct. (2) Every record, register and other document kept by any authorised officer for the purposes of this Act is deemed to be a public document, and a copy thereof or an extract therefrom certified by the officer responsible for the custody thereof to be a true copy or extract (as the case may be) and subscribed by such officer with his or her name and his or her official title is admissible in evidence as proof of the content of the document or extract therefrom.
