s 123ZC Requirement for authorisation
123ZC.—(1) Subject to section 123ZH(1), no person may, as principal or agent, carry on a business or activity of providing information in relation to a designated benchmark unless the person is —(a) an authorised benchmark submitter; or (b) a designated benchmark submitter.[4/2017] (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $150,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $15,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.[4/2017]
