s 123ZQ Records of authorised benchmark submitters, exempt benchmark submitters and designated benchmark submitters
123ZQ.—(1) The Authority must keep records of every authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter and designated benchmark submitter, setting out the following information of each authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter and designated benchmark submitter:(a) the name of the authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter or designated benchmark submitter, as the case may be; (b) the address of the principal place at which the authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter or designated benchmark submitter (as the case may be) carries on the business or activity of providing information in relation to a designated benchmark; (c) where the business or activity of providing information in relation to a designated benchmark is carried on under a name or style other than the name of the authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter or designated benchmark submitter, the name or style under which the business is carried on; (d) such other information as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 123ZZA.[4/2017] (2) The Authority may publish the information mentioned in subsection (1) or any part of that information in any manner.[4/2017]
