s 137 Duty of person who ceases to be substantial shareholder to notify corporation
137.—(1) A person who ceases to be a substantial shareholder in a corporation must give written notice to the corporation within 2 business days after the person becomes aware that the person has ceased to be a substantial shareholder.[2/2009]
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must be in such form and must contain such information as the Authority may prescribe.[2/2009]
