s 192 Payment of claims only from fund

192. No moneys or other property belonging to an approved exchange, other than the fidelity fund, is available for the payment of any claim under this Part, whether the claim is allowed by the approved exchange or is made the subject of an order of the General Division of the High Court.[2/2009; 40/2019]
