Securities and Futures Act 2001 s 238

s 238 Rules of Court

238.—(1) Rules of Court may be made —(a) to regulate and prescribe the procedure and practice to be followed in respect of proceedings under Divisions 4 and 5; and (b) to provide for costs and fees of such proceedings, and for regulating any matter relating to the costs of such proceedings.[2/2009; 34/2012] (2) Without limiting subsection (1), Rules of Court may, in relation to proceedings under sections 236, 236K and 236L —(a) provide for the advertisement of a notice for the filing and proof of claims under those sections; (b) prescribe the procedure for the filing, proof and hearing of those claims; and (c) provide for the payment of the costs and fees of an action that has been stayed under section 235(2) or 236J.[2/2009]
