s 46N Obligation to assist Authority
46N. A licensed trade repository must provide such assistance to the Authority as the Authority may require for the performance of the functions and duties of the Authority, including —(a) the furnishing of such returns as the Authority may require for the proper administration of this Act; and (b) the provision of —(i) such books and information as the Authority may require for the proper administration of this Act, being books and information —(A) relating to the business or operations of the licensed trade repository; or (B) in respect of any transaction or class of transactions reported to the licensed trade repository; and (ii) such other information as the Authority may require for the proper administration of this Act.[34/2012]
