s 6 Interpretation of this Part

6. In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —“foreign corporation” means a corporation that is formed or incorporated outside Singapore; “Singapore corporation” means a corporation that is formed or incorporated in Singapore;[Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025] “Singapore recognised market operator” means a recognised market operator that is a Singapore corporation.[4/2017] [Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]
