s 22 Rules

22. The Minister may make rules for any of the following purposes:(a) to prescribe the fees and charges payable for the purposes of this Act; (b) to prescribe the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act; (c) to prescribe the records to be kept by secondhand goods dealers and the particulars to be entered in the records; (d) generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.
