s 3 Appointment of Licensing Officer and Assistant Licensing Officers
3.—(1) The Minister may appoint —(a)
a Licensing Officer for the purposes of this Act; and
(b)
such number of Assistant Licensing Officers as may be necessary.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
(2) An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
