s 9 Directions by Minister

9.—(1) The Minister may give to the Authority any direction under section 5 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.[5/2018] (2) The Authority must provide the Minister with any information in respect of its property and activities in the manner and at the times that the Minister may require.
