s 3 Establishment and incorporation of Foundation
3. A body corporate called the Singapore Labour Foundation is established, which —(a)
has perpetual succession;
(b)
has a common seal;
(c)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name;
(d)
may perform any other acts that bodies corporate may by law perform; and
(e)
may exercise any powers that are conferred by this Act.
