Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) Act 2020 s 5

s 5 Application of Act

5.—(1) This Act binds the Government, but nothing in this Act renders the Government liable to prosecution for an offence under this Act. (2) To avoid doubt, no person is immune from prosecution for any offence under this Act by reason only that the person is engaged to provide services to the Government or is acting in any other similar capacity for, or on behalf of, the Government.
