Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Act 1992 s 10

s 10 Exemption

10. The Agency may, with the approval of the Minister and by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or place from all or any of the provisions of this Act either generally or in a particular case and subject to any conditions that the Agency may impose in the order.[39/2018]
