Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Act 1992 s 3

s 3 No smoking in specified places and specified vehicles

3.—(1) Subject to section 3B, a person must not smoke in a specified place or specified vehicle.[39/2018] (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.[39/2018]
