Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Act 1992 s 8

s 8 Fees, etc., payable to Agency, etc.

8.—(1) All fees, charges and moneys collected under this Act, other than composition sums, must be paid to the Agency.[39/2018] (2) All composition sums collected under this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.[39/2018]
