s 10 Use of the “Red Cross”
10.—(1) No person other than the Society and any person so authorised by the Minister may use —(a)
the heraldic emblem of the red cross on a white ground formed by reversing the Federal Colours of Switzerland; or
(b)
the words “Red Cross” or “Geneva Cross”.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.[55/2007]
