s 9 Licence validity

9. Every licence granted under this Part is in force for the period specified in the licence —(a) except when the licence is suspended under section 30(2)(b) or 32(2)(a)(i); or (b) unless the licence —(i) is surrendered under section 14; (ii) lapses under section 15; or (iii) is earlier revoked under section 15(6) or 30(1), and may be renewed upon its expiry.
