s 3 Establishment of Singapore Sports Council
3.—(1) A Council called the Singapore Sports Council is established.
(2) The Council is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may acquire, hold or dispose of movable and immovable property, sue and be sued in its corporate name, and do and suffer all other acts and things that bodies corporate may do and suffer.[Act 4 of 2026 wef 01/04/2026]
