Singapore Tourism Board Act 1963 s 12

s 12 Ineligibility for employment as officers or employees

12.—(1) A person is not eligible for employment as an officer or employee of the Board if the person has, directly or indirectly, by himself or herself or his or her partner, any share or interest in any contract with, for or on behalf of the Board. (2) Any officer or employee of the Board who has or acquires any share or interest mentioned in subsection (1) is liable in the discretion of the Board to summary dismissal without notice.
