s 17 Establishment and administration of Tourism Fund
17.—(1) A fund called the Tourism Fund is established, which is, subject to the directions of the Minister, controlled and administered by the Board.
(2) Subject to sections 41(3) and 42(4), all moneys collected under this Act or any regulations made under this Act and all moneys received by the Board from any source must be paid into the Fund.[15
