29.—(1) For the purposes of administering and enforcing this Part, the Board must appoint from the members, officers or employees of the Board —(a) a Controller of Cruise Administration; and (b) one or more Deputy Controllers of Cruise Administration as the Board thinks fit. (2) A Deputy Controller of Cruise Administration has and may exercise and perform all the powers, duties and functions of the Controller conferred by this Act, subject to any limitations imposed by the Controller. (3) The Controller is, in administering and enforcing this Part, subject to the general and special directions of the Board.[Act 28 of 2022 wef 01/04/2023]
