s 29V Head office to be in Singapore

29V.—(1) A cruise terminal licensee must ensure that its central management and control is ordinarily exercised at a place within Singapore. (2) A contravention of subsection (1) does not affect the validity of any transaction.[Act 28 of 2022 wef 01/04/2023]
