s 29ZE Remuneration and expenses of Board and others
29ZE.—(1) Where a special administration order has been made under section 29ZC(1)(a) in relation to a cruise terminal licensee, the Board may, at any time, whether or not the order is still in force, fix the remuneration and expenses to be paid by the cruise terminal licensee to the Board for the management by the Board of the affairs, business and property of the cruise terminal licensee, or of the business trust or the trust (as the case may be) pursuant to the special administration order. (2) The Board may at any time (whether or not the appointment of the person has terminated) fix the remuneration and expenses to be paid by a cruise terminal licensee to any person appointed by the Minister under section 29ZC(1)(c) to advise the cruise terminal licensee in the proper conduct of its business.[Act 28 of 2022 wef 01/04/2023]
