s 38 Conduct of legal proceedings

38. Proceedings in respect of any offence under the provisions of this Act or any regulations made under this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by any officer of the Board or any other person authorised in writing in that behalf by the Chief Executive.[23 [15/2010]
