s 43 General exemption

43. The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made under this Act, subject to such conditions or restrictions as may be specified in the order.[25C [7/2014]
