s 48 Receipts and notices may be given or served by authorised officer
48.—(1) All notices, orders, receipts, warrants and other documents of whatsoever nature which the Authority is empowered to give or serve by this Act or any regulations made under this Act may be given or served by any officer or employee authorised by the Authority.[38/2018] (2) Any such notice, order, warrant, receipt or document given or served by the Authority under this Act or any regulations made under this Act may be given or served electronically, in writing or otherwise, as the Authority may determine, and it is not a requirement that such notice, order, warrant, receipt or document must contain the signature of the Authority or any authorised officer.[38/2018]
