s 12 Power of Board to publish information
12. The Board may, where the Board thinks it necessary or expedient in the interest of the public and in such form or manner as the Board thinks fit, publish information relating to —(a)
a licensee on whom the Board has served a written notice mentioned in section 9(4); and
(b)
any action the Board takes under section 9(1) or (2).[47/2017]
