s 21 Disclosure of information
21.—(1) A person must not disclose any information obtained by him or her in connection with the administration or execution of this Act or the regulations, unless the disclosure is made —(a) with the consent of the person from whom the information was obtained; (b) in connection with the administration or execution of this Act or the regulations; (c) under and in accordance with any other written law; (d) for the purposes of any legal proceedings arising out of this Act or the regulations or of any report of those proceedings; or (e) for the purpose of objecting to an application for a licence or of any investigation conducted under this Act.[47/2017] (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.[47/2017]
