s 6 Persons carrying on business of travel agent to be licensed
6.—(1) A person must not carry on the business of a travel agent unless the person is authorised to do so by a licence.[47/2017]
(2) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $25,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.[47/2017]
