Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993 s 40

s 40 Amendment of Schedule

40.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule. (2) The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the order as the Minister considers necessary or expedient.[Act 9 of 2026 wef 01/05/2026]
