72/144/EEC: Commission Decision of 22 March 1972 supplementing the Commission Decision of 3 April 1968 authorizing certain management measures to be taken within the framework of the common organization of agricultural markets

Article 1

1. The following subparagraphs shall be added to Article 1 (1) (d) of the Commission Decision of 3 April 1968 authorizing certain management measures to be taken within the framework of the common organization of agricultural markets:

"- the uniform denaturing premium, the maximum amounts of the denaturing premium or the decision not to proceed with the invitation to tender provided for in Articles 2 (1) and 4 (3) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2049/69 of 17 October 1969 laying down general rules for the denaturing of sugar for animal feed;

- the export levies provided for in Article 16 (5) of Regulation No 1009/67/EEC.

2. A reference to Article 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 258/72 shall be substituted for the reference to Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 1987/69 in the third of Article 1 (1) (d) of the Decision referred to above.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on 27 March 1972. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
