76/754/ECSC: Commission Decision of 17 September 1976 concluding the Protocol concerning commercial and economic cooperation between the European Coal and Steel Community and Canada

Article 1

The Protocol concerning commercial and economic cooperation between the European Coal and Steel Community and Canada is hereby concluded and approved on behalf of the Community.

The text of the Protocol is annexed to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Commission shall give, as regards the Community, the notification provided for in Article 3 of the Protocol (1).

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
