Council Regulation (EEC) No 374/76 of 17 February 1976 derogating from Regulation (EEC) No 2750/75 in respect of mobilization procedures for cereals to be supplied as food aid for the benefit of the Lebanese Republic

By way of derogation from Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 2750/75, it shall be possible to have recourse to a procedure other than a tendering procedure for the supply at the fob or cif (or corresponding) stages of cereals and/or rice supplied as food aid to the Lebanese Republic for the benefit of those affected by the recent events.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 17 February 1976. For the Council The President J.
