Article 1

The abovementioned laws, regulations and administrative provisions for the implementation in the Federal Republic of Germany in respect of the year 1976 of Directives 72/159/EEC, 72/160/EEC and 75/268/EEC satisfy the conditions for financial contribution by the Community to common measures as referred to in Article 15 of Directive 72/159/EEC, Article 13 of Directive 75/268/EEC and Article 6 of Directive 72/160/EEC.

Article 2

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany shall forward to the Commission at the latest on 31 March 1977, the report for 1976 referred to in Article 2 of Commission Decision 74/185/EEC of 13 March 1974.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
