Article 1
The programme to speed up the conversion of certain areas under vines in the Charentes departments, submitted pursuant to Directive 79/359/EEC by the French Government on 30 July 1979 and supplemented on 27 August 1979, is hereby approved.

Article 2
At the end of each wine year (September), the French Government shall submit a report on the progress of the programme referred to in Article 1. Such report shall contain the following information: 1. As regards grubbing operations: 1.1. the number of hectares permanently withdrawn from wine-growing; 1.2. the location of those areas; 1.3. the age of the vines grubbed; 1.4. the number of holdings involved in grubbing. 2.
