Article 1

The measures taken in Italy to implement Directives 72/159/EEC, 72/160/EEC, 72/161/EEC and Titles III and IV of Directive 75/268/EEC, in view of Law No 51 of the region of Lombardy of 19 November 1976 and Decision No 11/21587 of the regional government of 13 February 1979, continue to meet the conditions for a financial contribution by the Community to the common measures referred to in Article 15 of Directive 72/159/EEC, Article 6 of Directive (1)OJ No L 96, 23.4.1972, p. 1. Article 2

Articles 62 to 71 of the law of the region of Lombardy of 19 November 1976 meet the conditions for a financial contribution by the Community to the common measures referred to in Article 13 of Directive 75/268/EEC.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
