Article 1

The apparatus described as "Tektronix - controller based programmable digitizer system, model WP 2250", which is the subject of an application by the United Kingdom Government of 16 June 1980, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
