Article 1

Article 2

The following words are hereby added to Article 5a of Regulation (EEC) No 890/78: >PIC FILE= "T0018284">

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1981.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
